The problem
Our partnerships team was stuck in a slow, manual workflow — proposals, evaluations, and reports each took hours of digging through scattered information. With a lean team, we couldn't chase enough leads or move fast enough to scale.
What I built
As a non-engineer, I designed and built an AI-powered operating layer for the entire partnerships function — a central Claude system the team uses every day to research, write, report, and close.
The result
By automating the operational drag — research, writing, reporting, CRM busywork — the system frees our sales team to do what they do best: sell. That's AI-enabled team scale: the tools help our team operate at a scale measured in tens of millions in annual revenue, with a trajectory toward hundreds of millions as we grow. And because the work is automated, we can scale further by adding people, not overhead.
The Core
A central Claude workspace — the team's brain
The foundation: a Claude project I build and maintain, loaded with all of our partnership information. Instead of hunting through scattered docs, anyone can ask Claude directly and navigate the team's entire knowledge base — and everything else runs on top of it.
Generate
Proposals, evaluations & custom emails
The team generates partnership proposals, fills out evaluation documents, and drafts tailored outreach emails through Claude — consistent, fast, and grounded in our real data.
Integrate
HubSpot, run inside Claude
I wired our CRM directly into the workspace, so the team can run HubSpot from within Claude — no context-switching between tools to manage contacts, deals, and pipeline.
Report
Automated reporting via Claude skills
I built our automated reporting systems as Claude skills wired into our connectors, generating network and pipeline reports polished enough to be approved by our executive team.
Scale the team
AI-built onboarding for new account executives
As we grow the team, I own the onboarding of incoming account executives — a new senior sales role. Using Claude with the Asana connector, I built a structured 90-day onboarding board with milestones and ramp guidance, so every new hire gets productive fast. I don't just scale the work with AI; I use it to scale the team itself.

BDA consultant program management
I manage a program of Business Development Associates — outside consultants who connect us to new sales leads — and use Claude to coordinate and scale the program's output.
